**Included in the price are, Water bill, kitchens hot water, broadband and other things can be discussed.

**You only pay for your Electric use
via an online Topup meter. (The average cost per week in 2023 was £5.30 during summer. .. But this will depend on how much time you spend at work and at home)
**Free heating from a small radiator throughout the night during Winters main months.
