City Centre apartment with balcony and en suite

A heads up - I am not the landlord, the rent is a fixed price which cannot be negotiated.

I am not considering short term lets. The contract is 3 years, but you can leave at 12 months.

I’m looking for a new flatmate to move as soon as possible into the flat I currently reside.

The flat is a ten minute walk from the train station, with tesco Starbucks / other amenities less than 2 minutes away. There is also a free gym on site, and paid parking in the basement.

The room is fully furnished apart from the desk, with an en suite bathroom.

I’m looking for a friendly flatmate who is clean and respectful, and is ideally office based as I work from home often. I work sociable hours Monday-Friday, so will be quiet on an evening. I am looking for someone who works similar hours.

I live a fairly quiet lifestyle but do have occasional drinks, ideally looking for someone who is similar.

The rent is £570 plus council tax and bills.
