Hi! I have a room available for short terms, min one week max one month. I work from home so I prefer someone that spends the working hours outside the flat.

NOTE: Home workers are welcome but only if you work one day a week from home. Same for students!

The flat is a 12 min walk from the city centre (bus station) and there are free parking areas around.

There are two rooms and a common area/kitchen, in the basement you can store your bike here. ​

I'm hoping to find someone who is laid back and easy to live with, keeps the place tidy and takes care of our home.

I can borrow the bed set if you need it.

- Appliances: electric hob/oven/grill, Washing machine & ​ fridge in the kitchen.

- Deposit £200.
