(no couples) to share with one person

Hi! I have a room available for 4 months minimum. I work from home, so I prefer someone who spends working hours outside the flat.

*400room+130(approx bills) Monday to friday

NOTE: Home workers are welcome, but only if you work one day a week from home. Same for students!

The flat is a 12-minute walk from the city centre (bus station) and has free parking areas.

There are two rooms and a common area/kitchen; you can store your bike in the basement. ​

I hope to find someone who is laid back and easy to live with, keeps the place tidy, takes care of our home and is not loud.
