Hepworth Lodge Premium En-suite Accomm Leeds

Hi I am a student who has left the University Of Leeds and have vacated my Unite Students student accommodation at Hepworth Lodge due to personal reasons and am looking for a replacement tenant immediately, the room is a en-suite with a single bed with it’s own bathroom and is nice and cozy, the accommodation contract is for a 44 week let starting from 10 September to 15 July 2023. Main advantage of this location is that the University of Leeds is less than a 20 minute walk from the accommodation. Room is available immediately for a replacement tenant and neighbouring flat mates are quiet and very respectful.
