Double room with own bathroom

I am looking for someone to move in to my flat mates double room in our 2 bed apartment. Can be flexible on the move in date but the tenancy will start on 15th August.

The apartment is on Cross Green Lane which is 20 min walk/5-10 min drive in to the city centre. 10 min walk down to the docks. There’s free parking too round the back too.

You’d have your own bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. The flat is lovely, modern and kept clean.

Bills work out around £157 each per month.

Looking for someone who would be a friend not just someone to live with. Cook and have dinner together and Netflix on an evening.

The chest of drawers and mirror in the photo are no longer in the room as they were a previous tenants but included the photo so you can see the possibility. The bed, wardrobe and bedside tables are included.

I work Mon-Fri in Wakefield so usually pretty quiet evenings during the week. Usually gym a few nights a week and run.
