This advert is to rent a beautiful, high spec attic bedroom within a large house in Far Headingley. The tenant will have their own en-suite bathroom, featuring a large bath and shower. They will also have access to the shared living spaces in the house: kitchen, dining room, living room, garden as well as driveway parking. Finally, the lodger will be able to access a home office space if home working is sometimes required. This space would be agreed later as an additional monthly amount.

I am looking for a lodger who is preferably a professional, is clean and tidy and respects the property. I have a small, very friendly dog, and if the lodger is good with dogs that would certainly help!
