Double Room Available - Leodis Square Leeds

My flatmate is moving out of his ensuite room in our two-bed flat within the Dandara Living development and I am looking for someone to move in on or around 1 September 2026.

I am a professional working in the city centre and spend most days in the office, so you would have the flat to yourself if you wanted to WFH. It's a 10 minute walk to the city centre which is quite an easy commute. I am easygoing and relatively social.

The flat is relatively new and comes fully furnished. The room itself is the larger one in the flat, with a double bed and enough space for a desk. The ensuite to the room also contains a bath. The kitchen is a bit cosy but perfectly serviceable for two people.

Unfortunately, Dandara Living requires a reference check before you move in, which may take up to 6 weeks. As such, it's not suitable for students - sorry.

Internet and use of the gym are included in the rent but other bills are not included. At the moment, water+electricity+council tax (band D) comes to approx £160 pppm.
