Urgent tenancy takeover at The Refinery Leeds

Student accommodation Bronze en-suite room available. A contact is 51 weeks, from 02 Sep 2023 to 23 Aug 2024. I already paid for the week(s) that past, so you only have to pay for the time left.

I looking for someone to takeover my contact as soon as possible, since I want to move into another place with my colleges.

The room has a small double bed, a big table and a plenty of storage. Inside an en-suite bathroom there is a toilet, a wash basin and a shower. All neat and clean. This room is on a second floor (they called it a "1st floor" and the ground one they called as "zero")

The Refinery is close to University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University; the City Centre is also in a range. All is about 15-20 mins walking.

The rent per week includes hot water, electric, contents insurance and wi-fi. They also have 24 hrs. security team for your safety.
