This is a newly built property with parking, large garden, electric car charging facilities and quick access to the shops and the city centre.

The property consists of three bedrooms, of which the master, ensuite bedroom is on the top floor (occupied by me) and the remaining two bedrooms are on the second floor sharing the main bathroom. This means you will only be sharing the bathroom with one other person (maximum).

All the rooms are spacious with triple warobes in the double room and double wardrobes in the single room. There is a very large shared living room downstairs, alongside a washroom and large kitchen and ample storage throughout the house. Neccessties such as washing mashine, dryer are included.

The estate is very safe with plenty of on street parking as well as a designated parking spot for the property that upto two cars can park. The drive to the city centre is under 10 mintues and under 15 mins using public transport (which is literally a 5 minute walk).

You can also find many amenities including Aldi (5 min walk away), Tesco, gyms and eateries.

I am a young professional who loves movies and cooking and is currently trying my hand at baking (but not very good at the moment haha!). It would be lovely to find someone who would like to hang out sometimes in the evenings and weekends (although I do understand the need for personal time too!) I am looking for clean and tidy working professionals to occupy my rooms.

Bills are not included and the council tax bracket is C.

At the moment the single room is available from 1st October and the double room is available ASAP
