I've just finished furnishing the spare room in my new house and it's all ready for you.
The house is surrounded by green space. with access to Woodhouse Ridge at the end of the street and Meanwood Urban Valley Farm and Sugerwell Hill just over Meanwood road. If you enjoy running/walking this is an amazing spot to live.
It's approximately 10 minute walk to Hyde Park, Headingley and Meanwood. Easy walking distance to Leeds Uni (25 mins). Bus services from the bottom of the road go into the city centre and towards Meanwood and Chapel A in the other direction.
There's plenty of on street parking if you have a car.
It's a big furnished double on the top floor. Photos attached. I've got quite a lot of storage space left in the cellar for any excess should you need it.
A bit about me I'm really into my health and fitness. I'm a complete caffeine addict and run and own my own coffee shop. I'm an early riser (7am generally) so would prefer someone similar.
