Cozy double room available in Kirkstall, conveniently located near train station, bus stop, and shops with easy street parking. Recently recarpeted bedrooms and modern bathroom installed in December. Seeking a considerate, tidy, and friendly 3rd person. All bills included, with a fortnightly cleaner. Shared spaces are kept tidy, and the house has a small lounge with TV, a spacious kitchen with ample storage, and laundry facilities.

The room on the first floor includes a queen-sized bed, double wardrobe, and a small desk, sharing the bathroom with one other female tenant. Open to inquiries from individuals interested in renting the room. All bills included.

Due to shared bathroom with a female housemate we are looking for another female to join the house.
