Looking for a house mate in a 2 bed house I currently rent. Rented from a private landlord who is a friend that moved out of the UK last year. The house is in Scott Hall on the border of Chapeltown, Chapel Allerton and Meanwood, easy access to Leeds city centre. House has a living/dining room, Kitchen, two toilets and a very spacious garden which opens out onto a field.
I occasionally help look after a golden retriever so ideally need a dog friendly housemate, dogs are welcome to the house.
Ideal short term let as the house will be going up for sale in 2025. Rent would be £600 a month bills included (including council tax, gas, electric, wifi).
I work 8-4 Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work. Looking for someone who is easy going to live with.
