Double room to let in a three bedroom house with live in landlord and a chill but affectionate cat (Yuki, 4 years old). Free on street parking.
Room contains: double bed, bedside table, drawers and wardrobe.
Shared use of: living room, kitchen, bathroom, third bedroom (extra storage space/WFH office) and garden space with outdoor sofa and bbq. Living room is currently being repainted so may look slightly different to photos by October.
Price includes all bills (and Netflix, Disney+ and potentially other subscriptions).
Happy to lift share 3 days a week into the city centre as I get free parking with my job and can offer 15% discount card at Asda included in the rent. Otherwise if you don’t drive there is a bus stop 2 mins away direct to the centre (train station/headrow).
About me (live in landlord):
30 year old female, have previously had 3 different lodgers (2 in this house) so used to sharing! Can put you in touch with them if you wanna hear more about the house.
Very relaxed house to live in, I am out a lot with busy hobbies so you will have plenty of space to yourself. Happy to hang out with a movie night when I’m around.
Avid solo traveller, full time working professional. Enjoys cooking, making bread and running.
Looking for someone like minded in their 20s to early 30s to live with on a short or long term basis.
