Short term (Until 31 June) Double en-suite room av

We have a housemate who is looking to leave the tenancy at the earliest opportunity, and so we are seeking someone (preferably female as per my housemates request) to replace her position for the remainder of the contract (Until 31 June.)
The house is well equipped with parking, a garage, a large shared living room, a large communal kitchen and a garden. The room advertised is in the attic. It is one of the larger rooms and has an en-suite - very private!
Rent is £400, with bills it's around £550.
