Looking for another young professional to replace me in my two bed flat that I share with my flatmate at Leodis Square in Leeds city centre.
Rent is £655 each pcm (WiFi included) and we’re currently paying about £150 each pcm on bills. Deposit is one month’s rent.
I am subletting my room for the remainder of my contract from 28th Nov 2024 until 28th Feb 2025, however the contract can be renewed, in your name, for up to three years after this.
Flat has a shared living room, kitchen with washing machine and dryer and a large balcony. Each room has a double bed and en-suite.
Other complex amenities included are a gym, cinema/ dinner party room and communal working space.
Very limited on street parking but underground parking can be requested for an extra £125 pcm.
Ideal location, 10 min walk from Leeds train station.
