Tge room has just been repainted and the carpet is new.
You will have use of the main bathroom. (I have my own bathroom). The bathroom is equipped with a shower over the bath. I’ve recently fitted a new glass shower screen and mounted the shower on the wall. The house is heated with a combi boiler so no worrying about hot water, is available as and when needed. The living room is spacious and has a large tv with Sky, Prime, Netflix, Paramount etc. I also have reliable fast broadband which is included in the price.

My home is situated in Seacroft LS14, on a new build development. It looks out onto a large park/community space. Property includes on street parking if you have a car.
If you use public transport the 4/4F and 16/16A bus routes are at the end of the street (2minute walk). These go directly to town past the bus and train stations and run frequently every 5-10minutes. Additionally the 9/11/21/22/50/50A as well as the 7(Wetherby&Harrogate and 840/843 YorkshireCoastliner are close by.
Neighbours are very friendly and will always take a delivery in for us if no one is home. There are shops around 2-3minues walk from the house which include Morrisons local, Post Office, corner store and Greggs. Tesco/Aldi/lidl/Asda are located about 5minutes away by the car, but you can also catch the bus.
I work pretty long hours so I’m often out early/home late, and at the weekend I’m usually away with my partner who’s in York.
If you looked closely at the pictures you will have likely noticed the cat. He’s called Basil. He’s a mature cat, quite friendly and unfortunately he’s not moving out so you will have to be comfortable with him as he lives here too.
