Double en-suite near Headingley stn

Large double en suite room 1 minute away from Headingley train station (less than 10 mins into Leeds CC). The room is spacious with juliet balcony double doors which is lovely in summer, as well as a built in wardrobe. Room is fully furnished.

The flat has two bedrooms - the second room is occupied by me - ie the person posting the advert :) I am just looking for an easy going person to join the flat & help split the cost of living alone.

Shared kitchen and living room, all bills included including fast internet and council tax. There is parking, too, if you need to use it.
