I have a cosy double room available in a lovely, calm house in LS9, and I’d love to find a great housemate. Ideal move-in is January or February.

A comfy queen bed, a chest of drawers, and a nightstand are already waiting for you. There’s plenty of storage space too.

• Short walk to local shops & post office
• Just about 5 minutes by drive or bus to Leeds city centre (bus stop is literally a minute away)
• A 30-minute walk to the city centre, I regularly walk it myself, and I also walk home from Leeds Uni, so both are very doable
• Gym less than 5 minutes away
• Parks nearby for mental health walks

Rent Details:
Rent includes all bills (gas & electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and council tax).

About the House:
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: fridge, small freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, cookware, the works. (I don’t cook often.)

About Me:
I’m a 34-year-old professional working mostly from home, with a couple of days a week near Leeds University. I love movie nights, painting, and general cosy living. I share the house with my two very sweet 17-year-old cats.
