My flatmate has had a change of circumstances so is moving out of our city centre flat and I’m looking for someone new. Sharing early as I know grad schemes/training contracts etc start around that time so people may already know they need a room from sept!

About the flat:
* Double room (furnished)
* Private bathroom
* Located on the edge of the city centre (similar area to leeds dock)
* £450 rent and about £620 with bills
* Free roadside parking and spaces in the car park can be rented
* Fully kitted out kitchen with all appliances (so no need to bring any kitchenware!)
* Spacious kitchen/living space with south east facing balcony
* Netflix/amazon/Disney/Apple TV all already paid for

Looking for someone who is also a professional (ideally mid twenties) and is clean, tidy and friendly. I’d like someone who wants to share the space and doesn’t want to spend all their time in their room - I’m very friendly and chatty so ideally would like to find someone that’s the same. I love a chilled night in but I’ll never say no to an aperol in the sun! I’m very much past the point of going out all the time multiple times a week so if you are living that sort of lifestyle it’s probably not a fit. I’ve always been friends with my flatmates so definitely looking for the same again!

As I have lived here for so long, this flat very much feels like my home so I like to keep it clean, tidy and looking nice so would really like to find someone who also cares about living in a nice space.

I’m a 26 y/o professional working in the legal sector. I work from home 2 days ish a week and the rest from the office. I tend to be here there and everywhere on a weekend so it’s fairly rare for me to be in the flat for a full weekend.
