Female flatmate - January 26 bills inc!

Preferably looking for a muslim female flatmate

We are looking for a female flatmate for the next academic year from 2nd January 2026 to 30th June 2026 on Clarendon Road, LS2. This will be a tenancy takeover as the current flatmate needs to leave for this date.
It's a 3 bed flat and one shared bathroom. The room had a small double bed and fully furnished with a desk, wardrobe, night stand and drawers!
We're two friends, one of us is a junior doctor, one of us is an accountant.
It's 155 per week or £620 a month including wifi and bills.
Its close by the Uni of Leeds and a 15 min walk to city centre and the financial district, with a 5 min walk to the LGI!
We would prefer to have someone who doesnt drink excessively or smoke.
