The building is located roughly 10 minutes walk from the train station, and is inclusive of a gym, cinema room, lounge and WiFi. It also hosts a range of social nights, so if you are new to the city there's always an opportunity to get involved.

The rent is £612.50 per person per month. Electric is roughly £30, Water £20, and Council Tax £85.50. So, total, inclusive of bills is on average £748pcm.

In terms of me, I'm a trainee solicitor working in the city centre; though, I occasionally work from home. I'm pretty relaxed to live with, equally happy staying in as going out. Ideally looking for someone who's tidy and of a similar background.
