Two rooms in charming Chapel Allerton house.

Hi! We are looking for two more housemates to renew the tenancy for this lovely, large house in Chapel Allerton from 1st September.

There are three floors and a basement with plenty of bike space. It has two living spaces, a living/ dining room and another room which is currently used as a creative arts room, plus the kitchen. There is also a little spare room for guests to stay.

It’s £375 a months, bills on top of that. (About 100 each a month) There’s lots of space and it’s an easy 15 min bus into town. It’s also a two minute walk to the gorgeous potternewton park. There are two large bathrooms on the second floor (shared between three people) and we have a bath.

Hi, I’m Tess, I’ve been living in Leeds for two years and I’m hybrid working from home/ in city centre. I will be moving into the house at the end of June, so will only be a few months ahead of the new tenants from September. I’m a sociable and friendly gal, like to spend time with my house mates, either chilling in the house or making cute plans for the evenings or weekends. I’m creative and like writing, music, art and am into fitness and being outdoors.
