I am looking to move into a 2 bedroom house by the 20th of June (I have already paid the deposit), and am looking for a flatmate to move in with.
The apartment is located near Granary Wharf, 10 mins from the Leeds train station. It’s a 2 bedroom - 2 bath (both en-suite) property on the 8th floor of the apartment complex, with a balcony.
Rent - £1370pm which includes WiFi and other amenities like a gym on site, a coworking space on the ground floor, a small garden and the building management team also organises events for the residents.

Council tax - Band D
Other bills like water and electricity are additional.

The property is available now and I would ideally like to start the process within a week to get it before end of this month.

A bit about me - I am a Uni of Leeds graduate, working in the city here, although I usually work from home. I am super clean, organised and an easy going person. Apart from work, I am into art, reading and travelling. I usually cook at home and go out with friends on the weekend.
