Double room over looking the back garden in a fully furnished house on a quiet street. On street parking available and a drive if needed too. Shared living room and bathroom and fully equiped kitchen with dining area. There is a large back garden which gets a lot of sun in the summer and ideal for some al fresco dining.

Fantastic transport links into Leeds City Centre / Bradford / Horsforth / Leeds Bradford Airport (Kirkstall Road 2min walk one way & Burley Road 30seconds the other) Headingley train station is a 12min walk away too. A 10min walk in one direction to Morrisons/PureGym/Abbey Retail Park and in the other direction a 15min walk to Aldi/Vue Cinema/Cardigan Fields/Asda/Coach Gym.

My name is Ian and I am the live in landlord. I work full time for NHS England and mainly work from home. Ideally I would be looking for someone who doesn't work from home all the time but open to discussion.

I'm a pretty laid back guy and during the week tend to chill. I like to go the gym, go out for dinner/cinema and enjoy cooking for friends or alternatively vegging on the sofa binging a series on TV. I tend to be out most weekends either visiting friends, going to festivals/gigs, nights out or going for hikes or in the summer like to have friends over for food or get out in the garden. I'm a socialable person but understand having some alone time is key too. I have a boyfriend who stays over a couple of nights a week and we either go out for dinner or cook together and watch a film.

I'm looking for someome who is chilled, not a major partier during the week, tidy and cleans up after themselves. Ideally I am looking for a short term let e. g. 3-6months but this can be negotiatiable. Open to Monday - Friday rentals too with a reduced rate.
