The rent is £575 without bills starting from 7th July 2024. The contract runs until May 2025 has a 2 month break clause as well. Total bills are around £150 per month including WiFi, water, council tax, electricity and heating. Avaliable for young professionals!

I’m moving out of our lovely flat by the canal in Leeds. 🦆The flat is 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. It’s only a 30 minute gorgeous walk into the city centre, less than 5 to the Citu climate innovation district and around 10 to Leeds docks.🚶🏼‍♀️There is plenty of parking at the property, and is close to local amenities. 🚗

The room has an en-suite, as well as patio doors and a super comfy king sized bed! It gets the sun during the day, so it’s lovely to sit out on the patio next to the water.

You’ll be living with Lottie who works in Leeds and is super lovely ! She is vegetarian (but you don’t need to be!) and a major plant mum. She loves a night in, reading and baking (which is always a nice treat) as well as going to Leeds dock run club and park run too sometimes!
