The room is located at the end of the corridor, away from the lift, so it's very quiet and you don't have to worry about being disturbed!
The bed is King size (150*200) and the mattress is very comfortable.

The room is equipped with a fridge, oven, induction cooker, microwave, full-length mirror, large screen TV (can be connected to a computer) and so on. There are two chairs and a long removable table.
The best part is the private washing machine for those who are cleanliness freaks.
Separate space for the kitchen, which makes the room cleaner and tidier and reduces the smell of grease.
Importantly the rooms are non-smoking.

The flat has a free gym, a pool table, a party room that can be booked, a small garden with ping-pong table and recreational facilities, and more. Reception takes care of collections; the flat hosts frequent parties for those of you who like to make friends and will provide plenty of snacks and drinks.

Postcode LS3 , out the door is a small garden where you can sunbathe and barbecue, very quiet.
15 minutes walk from the business school building, the library is also very close, 15 minutes walk from the city centre.

Now - 8.30pm (time can be negotiated, I can move out as soon as possible)
Currently £314/week on the website, 230 out (can be cut depending on tenancy)
Indoor things such as quilt, pillow, duvet cover etc can be communicated whether to stay or not
In order for you to move in quickly and easily, you can leave detergent, small pots and pans, dishcloths, rags and other necessary items.
