💗The shower head in the bathroom has been replaced. It can be handheld or hung. I have other new filter elements can be given directly.

💗There are some student apartments nearby, which are quiet and safe; there is a reception downstairs where you can accept packages; the staff is also very friendly, and repairs are free and fast.

💗The coop is right outside the door, there is a bus stop next to it, Tesco is about 10 minutes walk, it is about 15-20 minutes walk to the city center, and 15 minutes walk to the University of Leeds.

There is a laundry room and study room downstairs. The public areas are very clean and tidy.
