Roommate for Penthouse Apartment in Leeds CC

I’m looking for a roommate for my new flat that I’m completing the purchase of in August (recently exchanged) moving in for start of September, and would like to have someone move in with me around the same time.

Looking for a young professional who will want to live here for the foreseeable. It’s very important to me that I live with someone I genuinely get along with, as I believe a home should be a place of comfort and joy.
I’m also a big Leeds United fan (season tickets) so if you’re a Leeds fan, deffo a bonus!

I’m from North London and am an easy-going, considerate, enthusiastic and extroverted person who loves meeting new people and is excited to do so once I move up to Leeds!
Football, basketball and padel are my sports and I love going to out to music events most namely DnB or House/Disco.

In terms of the flat itself…there are two bedrooms, one downstairs (yours) & one upstairs, the downstairs bathroom is next door to the bedroom. There is a living room and kitchen area that will be completely to share along with two large balconies also!!
There is a mezzanine upstairs that I plan to use as an office space and potentially a sofa bed for guests. The downstairs bedroom has a great space for a desk that faces out to the window.

Once I complete early August I will be completing all the required work including flooring, furnishing and some other minor improvements. I’ve attached a mixture of pictures, some from how the flat looked before all the furniture and flooring was removed, and some of how it currently looks.

I can confirm the bedroom itself will be fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and a 55” TV!
