Spacious, modern flat in the Leeds city centre

Hello,

My current flatmate is moving out and I am looking for someone to take over his part of the tenancy, We are 10 minutes from the train station in an amazing area with a Tesco Express, gym and Crown Point Shopping Centre right next door. I'm a nice, easygoing guy, who spends a lot of time at home. I'm looking for someone who is the same and most importantly, does not play loud music in the house. Quite flexible with everything else. With bills, the rent can come to about 800-820 pounds a month, (it's totally worth it in my opinion, which is why I'm looking to hold on to this place). The pictures attached are of the room that is up for grabs. Looking to fill the spot as soon as possible.
