I am looking for a female to take over this property from the 20th of august till september the 8th. If you want the property for longer it will be available from the 20th of august till march/april ( roughly 6 months with a flexile end date).

This property is very central, 2 min walk from the leeds first direct arena and an 8 min walk to merrion centre.

The bedroom advertised is a single bedroom.

The current flatmate is very clean and the house and area area is very scenic and quiet.

As an addition I am giving away all of my kitchen stuff including a frying pan, cooking pans, 2 plates, utensils etc- for free with this offer.
