I'm leaving the UK, so I am looking for someone to replace me and take over the contract with my flatmate.
Rent: £625 rent + £100 (approx.) bills = £725 monthly
Council tax band D
Deposit: £721 (5 weeks)
The flat is located in Bridgewater Place with a cracking view facing the city center. It’s a two-bed flat and both rooms are en-suite.
The flat is fully furnished (including desk, bed and chair, in your bedroom), but please note the furniture belongs to my flatmate. There's also fridge, freezer, washing/drying machine, microwave, TV, water boiler, vacuum cleaner, ironing machine, etc.
There is 24/7 on side security, a 24-hour Gym downstairs, Starbucks and Tesco opened from 6AM until 11PM which is very convenient.
The room is available from 8th September.
The parking space is potentially available for £150/month extra.
About my flatmate who stays in: he's 34, professional from Poland who works in Wellington Place in an engineering consultancy nearby and is always happy to chat about football and films. Looking for a reasonable, tidy flatmate.
