1 Bedroom in 3 bedroom Terrace House

I'm moving in with my boyfriend so I need someone to take over the tenancy. It'd be from August 28th to June 30th but the initial let date is negotiable. There is a 3rd room but it's much smaller and the same rent so it still hasn't been let I'd suggest taking mine (room 3) cuz it's quite large given the price. There's permit parking right outside the flat and a cute patio with a clothes line. There's also a washer/dryer, broadband included, and bills included. There's only 1 bathroom but since the 3rd room is kinda small the letting agency hasn't found someone willing to pay the same rent as us for it so you're really only sharing with one person. The living room is pretty sizable too. I don't have pictures of my flatmates room, there's a glimpse of it in some of the photos, but it's about the same size as mine but with a much nicer Window. The videos are from when I first viewed the flat. The move in date is also negotiable depending on when me and my man move into a new place (we're currently flat hunting) you could move in earlier. I have more videos but Spare Room won't let me attach them so dm me if u wanna see them. Also you do need a guarantor for quarterly rent payments or pay all at once if you don't have one.
