Urgent Tenancy Takeover - Student Ensuite

Hello! This is a 6 Bed En-suite at Tribeka, a new student accommodation at the centre of Leeds. It is only 10min walk away from the University of Leeds and is next to Morrisons and city centre. Due to my change of plan, I will not live in Leeds this year and now I need to find a replacement for my lease. My lease term is from 14/09/24 to 18/07/25. Thank you!
