1 Single Room in a Shared House for 1 Student

We are looking for a third person (single student only, preferably Muslim ) for a small room in a shared house of three rooms in LS2 from 20 September 2024.

-two rooms are already booked by 2 girls (1 student+1 professional), and a couple (Leeds University PhD students)

- Shared drawing room, kitchen and a toilet

-the room rent is £320 excluding bills (total bills for the single person may be around £60+/- depending on usage)

-£100 deposit in advance if agrees to take the room (will be returned at the end of the contract)

-5/10 minutes walk to Leeds University campus, 15/20 minutes walk to Leeds Beckett University

-20/30 minutes walk to the City centre

- 10/15 minutes walk to Abu Bakar, CC, & Morrisons

-5 minutes walk to Hyde park

-the person must have the mentality to keep the house neat and clean by taking turn with other housemates (N. B. we are very helpful, resourceful, openminded and friendly people!)

- it's an alcohol/smoking and pet free house

The room can be rent for short time but we prefer someone with long term duration (up to 6 months to 1 year).
