I have a 1-bed flat without bills at £825 per month. I am currently living here with my boyfriend but we are moving out to a different city.

Our tenancy ends on June 5th, 2025 and I want someone to takeover this tenancy. After the tenancy end date, it can be renewed each month in advance. We're planning to move out by the end of September or start of October-ish. We can also consider later move in dates!

The building is currently under construction so there's scaffolding outside but it doesn't affect the tenants at all. Also, while the scaffolding is up the rent is reduced to £795 per month. But I believe the scaffolding is going to be removed by the end of this month. If it is still there, the rent will be the lower amount.

There is a balcony but it is currently blocked because of the scaffolding but it should be removed this month; I can confirm with the landlord though.

The flat is close to the city centre, in Lovell House.

The flat is also part furnished; but has more than enough furniture:
Wardrobe, Bed, Small bedside tables in Bedroom,
Sofa with coffee table, TV stand, small storage shelf, small dining table with chairs in the Living room/kitchen.
