Double Room in Headingley

Double Room just off Otley Road, Headingley. Available 1st January (date flexible). Our current housemate is going travelling in December so we will have a double bedroom available from then.

The main bathroom is a Jack & Jill bathroom with a door into the bedroom available, and it would not be used by anyone else as our bedroom has an en-suite.

The bedroom is a furnished double bedroom with bed, mattress, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

The flat has ample parking with easy access to great transport links into the city centre.

There's also a shared living room and kitchen that comes with a dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer.

You would be living with myself, my partner Matt and lots of houseplants! We both work full-time, love going to gigs, festivals and out for dinner/drinks in the city as well as chill nights in watching Netflix, movies or just listening music. We’re also both mainly veggie but this isn’t a deal breaker!

Couples would also be considered but the rent would have to increase to account for this.
