Single room flatmate wanted

I am a PhD student at the University of Leeds. I have been living in this lovely flat for two years. The spacious living room is suitable for inviting guests over or enjoying yourself. I am happy to make friends with my flatmate, sharing food, watching movies and playing sports together. It’s also fine if you don’t want to talk too much.
