Double room in spacious house LS8

Double room in spacious terraced property. The house has one occupant (owner/occupier) I am a professional and work in education, I don't normally WFH and like to go out, so any potential roommate will have plenty of space. The property has excellent bus links to the city centre and is within walking distance of bars and cafes in Chapel Allerton/Oakwood. I am looking for a professional or mature student (PhD students welcome). Any gender considered. The property has a large open plan living and dining area which any potential roommate will share with me.
