2 Floor Penthouse with Two Balconies

Looking to share my 2 Bed Flat with someone, available for move in ASAP, as my original tenant dropped out at the 11th hour.

The flat is on the top floor of the development and has two floors itself. The bedroom im looking to rent out is on the ground floor and you’ll have your own bathroom next door, although it will also be used as the communal toilet/bathroom with guests. There is also two large balconies off the living room.

The council tax band is D, and bills are separate to the monthly rent to avoid over-usage and lack of care with managing bills. The room is fully furnished as you can see from the pictures.

Although there is more privacy and space than an average two bed, I’m still looking to live with someone I can best mates with, I’ve just moved to Leeds myself from London, so want a good social atmosphere in the flat.
I’m clean, considerate, sociable and outgoing. So I like to think I’m easy to get along and live with. I work standard business hours, most days will be in the office, so if you work from home, you won’t face any issues, and broadband speed is 500mb (enough to stream in 4K on 20 devices.)

As I’m now in the flat, I’m looking to arrange viewings ASAP, but I won’t proceed without meeting first.
