Amazing City Centre rooms. Normal/Short Let.

Hi. This is an amazing place, CLEAN, functional, with a welcoming atmosphere.

Let to professionals, graduates (23-36 or so) has an international feel and mix. Share with 3 people.
The owner (Tony) is now a friend. I always come back there whenever I have to be in Leeds or nearby. He is amazingly honest, genuine and always approachable. He always makes efforts and with collectively reasponsible approach it becomes very comfortable and relaxing place for everyone.

I have done it many times until now in 12 years, for stays from 3 months to 1.5 years. It always has the same quality, with serenity and positive energy.

The rooms are for short or long let.
Rents are between £110.00 to £ 120.00 pw (but not paid weekly!). They include: Wi-Fi Internet, Council Tax, TV Licence, Water, Gas.
Only Electricity is shared, but it is low.
There may be a small Re-Let Cost for short lets (less than 6 months).
Bond is £ 300.00

House has: all the facilities. Not brand new built but re-furbished, well looked after and regularly maintained. There are no exaggerated luxuries, it is just comfortable, nice and very functional.

The star is the LOCATION! It In a fantastic space in city centre, near everywhere that matters, yet it is a house,
not a crammed apartment!
