Hi! I’m Adam, a live-in landlord looking for a clean and tidy housemate to share a semi-detached house. It’s located on Woodside Avenue in a very peaceful neighbourhood, a short walk from all the facilities of the centre of Meanwood.

The room available is a good-sized double bedroom equipped with a double bed with underbed storage, triple wardrobe with top box and additional chest of drawers. There is a single shared bathroom as well as a communal living room, kitchen and garden area.

I also offer off street parking in an unused driveway as I do not own a car and cycle everywhere. There is also potential for space for your own bike to be stored in the garage.

I am a professional who is a keen cyclist who enjoys exploring the surrounding countryside, as well as painting, photography and music.

I also enjoy cooking and do cook most evenings so would be willing to cook for both on occasions.

The rent includes utilities, council tax and fast Virgin gig1 broadband. 1 month rent upfront as deposit is required.
