1-bed/Studio Flat

I have a 1-bed flat without bills at £825 per month. I am currently living here with my boyfriend but we are moving out on September 21st.

The building is currently under construction so there's scaffolding outside but it doesn't affect the tenants at all. There is no noise. Also, while the scaffolding is up the rent is reduced to £795 per month. But I believe the scaffolding is going to be removed soon. If it is still there, the rent will be the lower amount.

There is a balcony but it is currently blocked because of the scaffolding but it should be removed soon.

EPC rating: B

The flat is close to the city centre, in Lovell House.

The flat is also part furnished; but has more than enough furniture:
Wardrobe, Bed, Small bedside tables in Bedroom,
Sofa with coffee table, small storage shelf, small dining table with chairs in the Living room/kitchen.
