The house is located on Burley road with excellent bus links to the city/hospital and airport.
There are great restaurants, bars and takeaways within the area and Cardigan Fields leisure park with gyms, cinema and bowling only a short walk away.

The house has 4 bedrooms but I'm only looking to rent out 2, therefore would be ideal for professionals who occasionally WFH.

Council tax is band B.

There are some great features within the house including high ceilings and large windows allowing plenty of light into the house and a light airy feel.

There is on street permit parking and a guest permit can also be requested.

The property will be part furnished and available from Friday 1st November 2024.
