I’m a University of Leeds PhD student, looking for a student/young professional flatmate to take the en-suite room on the first floor in a 2B2B flat. Signing an official contract with the letting agency. Flat includes a Shared kitchen, washing machine and common area on the second floor. Room equipped with standard double bed, closet, full body mirror, small tea table, heater and your own toilet. Flat is 3 min walk from Aldi, 10 min from city center.
