Hi. We are offering one of the bedrooms in our house for a monthly rent of GBP 575. The property has free broadband wifi available, NO council tax (we are paying it ourselves) and safe parking area with backyard space too. Bus stop is just 20 steps away (1 minute walk) and city center is 6 minutes away by drive. It's a spacious detached fully furnished 4 bedroom house with all amenities included and we are only looking for a single FEMALE STUDENT/PROFESSIONAL (or if you are two female friends wanting to share a room together; we can discuss the possibilities) to share this space with us. Living room and kitchen will be shared ofcourse. The room is double bed and ensuite with all the basic necessities available and it is fully furnished.

Please note that we are muslims and we strictly do not smoke or drink, and only consume halaal food. We are looking for people with similar lifestyle. I am a student and my husband is a working professional and we both are quite friendly and easy to mingle with if you're comfortable. We are looking for someone who is friendly and easy to go to make this house have a homely and friendly environment overall. Thank you!
