Furnished double bed near city centre

I have a furnished double room available for rent in a spacious two-storey apartment close to the city centre and Leeds Dock. It has a washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of storage. If you prefer to bring your own furniture, we can arrange with the real estate to have the original items removed.

There is parking available and pets are considered (I live here with my dog)
Your housemate is John, a clean and considerate 27-year-old Irish PhD student who enjoys both downtime and being social.
The flat is super close to the city centre with frequent buses for easy access.

If it weren’t for my work I wouldn’t be moving out, it is seriously such a lovely place to come home to.
