My housemate is moving in with his boyfriend at the end of the year. We've lived in the flat together for 2 years.
The room is a large double room with an en-suite. Balcony outside. Kitchen and living room combined. There is street parking available and a garage underground.
The flat comes with a membership to a gym (2 mins walk from our flat) along with other freebies e. g. Yoga Classes etc.
Council Tax Band D - All bills have come out to £150 - £170 Per Month per person, for the last two years. Property has WIFI included.
Quiet neighbourhood, only 10 minutes walk from the train station and the motorway is a 3 minutes drive to get to the exit to head to either London or Manchester.
I'm a 29 yo man. Work 9-5 in the office 5 days a week. Go to the gym most mornings, and play ice hockey every Friday. Tend not to spend much time in the flat on the weekend.
Main thing I'm looking for is someone who is happy to keep the flat clean with me.
Happy to have a call/FT or meet up and answer any questions.
