Looking for someone to take over my contract, as I am planning to move in with a friend. Spacious room in a quiet area. Easy access to public transport and other amenities, with a short walk to Headingley and the Train Station. Friendly housemates, young professionals or post-grads. Communal areas are kept clean and tidy. The house has a garden and on street parking. Bills are included but council tax (council tax band D) will be added to rent if applicable.
