Bright double room available for 5 months

I'm looking for a housemate from the start of November (or ASAP) until the end of March (5 months).

The room is a large double with lots of storage looking out onto the garden and it would be sharing a bathroom with just me. The house is really cosy, in a quiet street and there is lots of space for WFH .

I've just turned 30 and love going running, to the pub and out for coffees/brunches at the weekend. I'm looking for someone who is sociable, tidy, would respect the neighbours and might be up for having dinner together every now and then.

The house is behind the Beck and Call pub, right inbetween Meanwood high street (20 min walk) and Chapel Allerton high street (20 mins walk) and the number 7 bus to go into the city centre goes from the end of the street.

£400/month bills not included (they normally come to around £150/month inc council tax)
