Heyo! Looking for someone to take over my existing tenancy in this very pretty 4 bed house with a mahooossive garden.
There are 3 queer-friendly people I'm living with at the mo, who all work during the week. All very cute friendly peeps. We also have a dog so if you work from home there is always some company. We are not allowed any more furry friends sadly if you are looking to home you and your pet!
The room comes unfurnished but the agency will provide a bed if wanted and does have a new mattress which I havent used as I had my own already!
We live 15 mins from good ol' Aldi and close to lots of green spaces. We have the 7, 7A, 7S bus routes to take you into town from a stop 5 mins away.
The rent is £434pcm excl bills, council tax comes to £46.50 a month each. All expenses come in around £600 a month :)
